Relax, ladies. Chris Gayle won't be creeping around the corner ready to snatch a slice. But you might be ready to gulp down an 8 oz. of water after diving into this fiery pot. Not for the sensitive tongue, jerk is the most traditional and historically significant Jamaican dish as its origins can be traced back to the resistance of the Maroons. Our meat is soaked in a house made jerk marinade for 36 hours and then slowly smoked and topped with jerk seasoning for a punch of spice. You can turn down the heat with our "lime cooler" or "sweet tongue" sauces. All of our pies are freshly baked so allow 2-3 days for production and local delivery, and 3-5 days for national delivery.
